Franchise Leadership Team

Andy has been Chief Executive Officer since August 2022. Prior to joining Home Franchise Concepts, Andy was President of Krispy Kreme North America and has extensive franchise experience, having led enterprises across several consumer-facing industries in both the U.S. and abroad.

As CFO, Amir leads the company’s financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury. He has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Heather came aboard in April 2021. Prior to joining us, Heather was Executive Director of Consumer Marketing, Facial Aesthetics for Allergan (now Abbvie) and Director of Brand Marketing, Innovation for Taco Bell.

Paul joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2020 and serves as Group President for Lightspeed Restoration, AdvantaClean, Aussie Pet Mobile, and Two Maids. Prior to joining Home Franchise Concepts, Paul served as a CFO and Controller at previous organizations.

Paige is Chief People Officer of Home Franchise Concepts, establishing and building connections with the leadership team and associates within our family of brands. With twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she possesses strong operational expertise and has demonstrated a culture focused approach to leading.

Jennie is the primary legal advisor for all of Home Franchise Concepts. She holds a degree in Law from Deakin University School of Law and possesses a robust skill set that includes Licensing, Commercial Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Negotiation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and more.

Bill leads the IT team supporting all of Home Franchise Concepts. His team provides enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchise owners to seamlessly support their customers. As a technology leader for over 25 years, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs with a heavy emphasis on data analytics, custom application development and AI.

Aaron leads the strategic planning and direction of franchise growth for Home Franchise Concepts family of brands. He joined us in 2007 and has held various roles within the organization including Director of Franchise Development and Senior Franchise Advisor. Aaron leads a stellar team of Franchise Advisors who have participated in awarding over 2,600 franchise territories throughout North America.
