Franchise Leadership Team

Corey joined us in 2025 and is responsible for attracting new franchise owners, expanding organic growth opportunities, and positioning the Home Franchise Concepts’ family of brands for long-term success. He comes to us from Home Franchise Concepts’ parent company, JM Family Enterprises, where he held several positions including Group Vice President and ITS Chief Operating Officer

As CFO, Amir leads the company’s financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury. He has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

He is a purpose-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing franchise development organizations and scaling brands through disciplined strategy, strong relationships, and aligned teams. Prior to joining us, he served as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at Unleashed Brands, where he played a key role in the rapid expansion of a multi-brand platform.

Heather came aboard in April 2021. Prior to joining us, Heather was Executive Director of Consumer Marketing, Facial Aesthetics for Allergan (now Abbvie) and Director of Brand Marketing, Innovation for Taco Bell.

Paul joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2020 and serves as Group President for Lightspeed Restoration, Aussie Pet Mobile, and Two Maids. Prior to joining Home Franchise Concepts, Paul served as a CFO and Controller at previous organizations.

Paige is Chief People Officer of Home Franchise Concepts, establishing and building connections with the leadership team and associates within our family of brands. With twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she possesses strong operational expertise and has demonstrated a culture focused approach to leading.

Bill leads the IT Team which supports all Home Franchise Concepts’ brands, including Lightspeed Restoration, providing enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchisees to seamlessly support their customers. With over 25 years of experience, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs.

Aaron leads the strategic planning and direction of franchise growth for Home Franchise Concepts family of brands. He joined us in 2007 and has held various roles within the organization including Director of Franchise Development and Senior Franchise Advisor. Aaron leads a stellar team of Franchise Advisors who have participated in awarding over 2,600 franchise territories throughout North America.

Megan is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, governance and compliance matters. She previously served as Deputy General Counsel for HomeVestors, where she managed legal and compliance matters for one of the largest real estate franchise systems. Megan holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
