Franchise Leadership Team

Andy has been Chief Executive Officer since August 2022. Prior to joining Home Franchise Concepts, Andy was President of Krispy Kreme North America and has extensive franchise experience, having led enterprises across several consumer-facing industries in both the U.S. and abroad.

Amir comes to us with deep experience in high-growth, multi-site retail environments and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. As CFO, he leads all aspects of the company’s financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury.

Heather came aboard in April 2021. Prior to joining us, Heather was Executive Director of Consumer Marketing, Facial Aesthetics for Allergan (now Abbvie) and Director of Brand Marketing, Innovation for Taco Bell.

Jennie has been with us since 2004. And has over 30 years experience as an in-house attorney and in franchisor operations.

Troy Coolidge serves as Vice President of Operations. Prior to his current role, Troy was VP of Operations for our sister-brand franchise, AdvantaClean, and prior to that position, Troy served as our Director of Training for AdvantaClean. Prior to joining us, Troy was the Mitigation Review Specialist for Sedgwick in Farmers Branch, TX and was also General Manager, Maintenance Division Manager for Bon Air Service Company in Grand Prairie, TX.

Courtney Caldwell serves as Director of Marketing. She has held the same position for our sister-brand franchise, AdvantaClean, since May 2022. Prior to joining us, Courtney was Director of Branding and Communications for MilliCare Floor and Textile Care in Spartanburg, SC.

Becky Lewis serves as Director of Programs and Administration. She held the same position for our sister-brand franchise, AdvantaClean, since September 2021. Prior to joining us, Becky was Franchise Development Manager and Project Manager for MilliCare Floor and Textile Care in Spartanburg, SC.

Steve Hurte is our Technical Director for Lightspeed Restoration. He has held the same position for our sister-brand franchise, AdvantaClean, since February 2021. Prior to assuming this role,  Steve was one of AdvantaClean’s Regional Operations Managers from May 2017 until February 2021.
